Boundaries

Healthy boundaries are a key part of our relationships with others. Many of us didn’t learn boundaries during childhood. We may have had parents who were going through difficulties or who didn’t learn healthy communication from their own families. The good news is that we can learn these skills as an adult. Learning healthy boundaries can change our relationships with others in many positive ways.

Boundaries are what show others who we are and what we need in our interactions in close relationships. When both people in a relationship are able to use boundaries, we suddenly understand each other better and know how to respond to our partner better.

I enjoy teaching others what boundaries are and help you implement them into your life in ways that support your experience and your relationships.
